Shipping Locations

Elysius ships from Brisbane, Australia, to all locations within Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping Costs

  • Australia: Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD.
  • New Zealand: Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD.
  • For orders below these thresholds, shipping costs will vary based on location and order size. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Discounts are available for bulk orders; please contact us prior to ordering to discuss your needs.

Shipping Methods

We partner with a variety of carriers to ensure the best possible rates and service, which are passed on to our customers. We currently offer standard and express shipping within Australia. For New Zealand, we currently only offer standard shipping. If you have specific shipping preferences or require a particular carrier, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of your order. You will receive an estimated delivery time at checkout based on your shipping address.

Tracking & Notifications

All orders include tracking information. You will receive updates via email throughout your product's journey, from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping Issues

Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Elysius will cover shipping costs for returns due to damage in transit or other issues. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more detailed information.

Holiday Shipping

We guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed by December 10. Please plan accordingly, as we cannot guarantee delivery times for orders placed after this date.
