At Elysius, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.

1. Change of Mind Returns
You may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if you are not 100% in love. Please note that customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

2. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in their original undamaged condition with all included accessories and packaging. There are no specific requirements beyond this.

3. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@elysius.com.au or submit an inquiry through our website. Detailed return instructions will be provided upon initiation.

4. Refunds and Exchanges
Our refund policy follows Australian consumer law. If an item is damaged or deemed non-functional, please contact us via our website or at info@elysius.com.au, and we will arrange a refund or return at our cost. Exchanges are also possible. Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received at our warehouse. This process may take up to 3 weeks from the initiation of the return, though it is often much quicker.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: Elysius will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Proof of Damage or Defects
For returns related to damage or defects, customers must provide proof (e.g., photos or video) as part of the return process.

7. Non-Returnable Items
Currently, all items are eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions outlined above.

8. Holiday Return Policy
We offer an extended return period during the holiday season. For purchases made between December 14 and January 14, we extend the return policy to one month, provided you have a receipt.

9. International Returns
We accept returns from international customers (e.g., New Zealand). Customers will have to cover the shipping cost.
